SECTION I is the Description of Motorcycle Model, SECTION II is the Description of Engine Model. The applicant should attach the relevant drawings and information of the Air-Intake and Exhaust Control System in SECTION III. SECTION IV and V are information about the Exhaust Emissions and Noise Test Results. Lastly, the applicant should certify that the information of the motorcycle model under application is correct and complete in SECTION VI, Declaration by Applicant.

Please note that both exhaust and noise emission type approval for pure electric motorcycles is not required. The applicant should complete all the relevant items and provide all necessary information in supporting your application, including original emission and noise test reports.
